I review the beers I drink

Sam Adams – Boston Lager

Hard to believe I haven’t reviewed this one yet, but here it is, in my brand new Spiegelau crystal edition of the Boston Lager glass.

Clear with a thin cap of lasting head, smells of bready malts with floral hops underneath, well balanced aroma. Taste is biscuity dry malt with a nice peppery spicy hop flavor on top, perfectly balanced with a full mouthfeel and a cracker-dry finish. A classic beer, always a good choice, no matter the occasion.
