I review the beers I drink

Beak & Skiff – 1911 rosé Cider

Clear with no head retention, smells of floral Fuji apple and jammy Pinot Noir. The taste is floral and sweet with flavors of grape juice, Fuji apples, and strawberry on an effervescent medium body. The finish is long and moderately tart, featuring notes of green apple, cranberry, and cherry. Overall, this is a nice, well rounded cider that’s complex and quite enjoyable.
