I review the beers I drink

Beak & Skiff – 1911 Blueberry Cider

Clear with no head retention, smells of blueberries and melted plastic. The taste is crisp and lightly sweet with flavors of blueberries and apple skins on a medium body. The finish is long and moderately high in tartness, featuring notes of blueberry skins, green apple, and dry white wine. Overall the blueberry flavor is ok, it does taste “fresh” and not artificial, but only because it contains the less desirable flavors of the fruit, and it’s way too tart for my palate.
