Clear with no head retention, smells of fresh pressed apple cider. The taste is yes, crisp, but also lightly tart with flavors of (in my opinion) Fuji, Honeycrisp, and Granny Smith apples on a medium body. The finish is long and mostly dry, featuring notes of green apple, Fuji apple floral aromatics, jasmine rice, and a hint of oak. Overall, this is a very smooth and drinkable cider that’s also insanely balanced surprisingly complex. Also, at 8% it’ll knock your socks off. Definitely a new favorite cider.
