I review the beers I drink

Pipeworks – Sparkle Theory

Very hazy and lightly murky with great head retention, smells of tangerine, peach, and a touch of piney hops. The taste is crisp yet juicy with flavors of orange juice and peach gummies on top of doughy bread notes on a soft and smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of orange bitters, grapefruit zest, pine, and herbal hops. Overall this is a very tasty single hop NEIPA, with a variety I don’t see nearly enough, Sabro.

“2/8/24”
