The taste is sweet and tart with flavors of rich black cherry and Fuji apple contrast with hints of cranberry and green apple underneath on a silky smooth medium body. The finish is long and moderately acidic, featuring notes of black cherry, lime, rhubarb, cranberry, red grape juice, and apple. Overall, this is a fantastic cider, the cherry and the apple complement each other really well and the result is surprisingly complex and perfectly balanced between sweet and tart and aromatic.
