I review the beers I drink

Brooklyn – Pilsner

Pretty much as clear as you can possibly get, light head retention. Smells of pilsner malt and faint floral hops. Taste is crisp malts balanced by classic Noble hop flavor, with perhaps a hint of citrus underneath. Mouthfeel is moderate, with a dry, slightly yeasty finish. A very good pilsner, it stands up to any German pilsner, and the subtle citrus touch is a nice addition to an otherwise reserved style.
