I review the beers I drink

Surly – Lost Resort

Very hazy and extremely murky with solid head retention, smells of mango, pineapple, and sour gummy worms. The taste is fruity and tart with flavors of mango puree, fresh squeezed orange juice, pineapple, and lime juice on a smooth, extra thick body. The finish is long and low in bitterness and with a light puckering astringency, featuring notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, pineapple, key lime pie, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s tart but balanced and doesn’t taste like a normal kettle sour; it’s actually closer to the acidity of real fruit juice.
