I review the beers I drink

Shiner – Oktoberfest

Lightly hazy with light head retention, smells of toasted wheat bread, caramel and toffee. The taste is crisp and bready with flavors of toasted and buttered biscuits, honey, caramel, and baked apples on a smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of roasted hazelnut, fire roasted bread, caramel, and herbal hops. Overall, a fantastic märzen loaded with sweet and roasty malt goodness with just enough hops to balance and complement it. Prosit!
