Moderately hazy with incredible head retention, smells of classic West Coast hops; piney and herbaceous. The taste is crisp and lightly fruity with flavors of lemon, orange, and lightly toasted biscuits on a thick, practically chewy body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of pine and lemon peel, with herbal and floral hops underneath. Overall, this is a solid, well structured and balanced pale, highly reminiscent of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and very refreshing.
