Moderately hazy with light head retention, smells of mango, habanero, and bread dough. The taste is crisp and fruity with flavors of mango, orange juice, papaya, habanero jelly, and buttery crackers on a smooth, full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness and with a gentle spicy burn, featuring notes of mango peels, lemon zest, and subtle herbal hops that fade into a tingly burn on the tongue, about on par with your average Mexican hot sauce, maybe 1,000-2,000 scoville if I had to guess. Overall, I really like this one, the habanero flavor and spice is there but not overwhelming, and the mango enhances the fruity flavors and adds a touch of sweetness, while the wheat and hops balance it all out and attenuate the heat a bit. Very nice and one I can see myself seeking out in the future.
