“First brewed in 1988,” my birth year! Crystal clear with a solid head, smells of roasty, toasty, bready, fruity, peppery malt goodness. Tastes of toasted bread and cereal with a faint citrusy background. Full mouthfeel leads to a pleasantly balanced mix of bready malts and earthy hops for a finish. Excellent representation of this style, excellent beer.
