“American Hopped Pilsner” extremely pale color, slightly hazy, smells of bold, heavy, piney, citrusy hops. Flavor is a light, crisp pale malt kiss and then a punch in the face with floral and pine hop flavor. The full mouthfeel and malts do their best to balance it, but ultimately can’t. What’s left is a bitter hop finish with the faintest hints of lemon zest. A little too unbalanced for me personally, wouldn’t seek it out again.
