I review the beers I drink

Saranac – Honey Pils

Crystal clear with light head retention, smells of pale malt, floral hops, and a hint of honey. The taste is crisp and bready with flavors of toasted biscuits, honeyed oats, and a hint of apple on a medium body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of lemon zest, honey aftertaste, as well as floral, herbal, and spicy hops. Overall, this is actually one of the best honey beers I’ve had; it’s subtle, but noticeably there and nicely balanced between the sweet and floral flavors.
