Clear with light head retention, smells of toasted grains, caramel, and honey. The taste is crisp and bright with flavors of toasted biscuits, honey, and a hint of lemon on a medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, grapefruit peels, herbal hops, and a hint of pine. Overall, it’s a solid and balanced IPA with a good malt profile to back up the hops. Nothing groundbreaking, but it is very enjoyable.
