Clear with decent head retention, smells of pale malts, honey, and grassy hops. The taste is crisp and doughy with flavors of Ritz crackers, honey nut Cheerios, and soft hints of caramel on a smooth medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of grassy, herbal, floral, and spicy hops notes and a touch of mineral water. Overall, it’s a very well made pilsner with clean malts and Noble hops making it as enjoyable as it is sessionable.
