Lightly hazy with minimal head retention, smells of toasted grains and floral hops. The taste is crisp and fruity with flavors of toasted biscuits, apple, pear, and a hint of citrus on a full body. The finish is long and moderately high in bitterness, featuring notes of grapefruit, orange blossom, lime peels, and floral hops. Overall, it’s a solid IPA, somewhere between West Coast and East Coast, it’s subtly fruity and brighter than the original Torpedo.
