Dave Drinks Beer

I review the beers I drink

Davidson Brothers – BRN

A rubied mahogany color, crystal clear, smells of toasty, biscuity, malty goodness; subtle hint of pancakes and syrup underneath. Taste is kinda thin, like a watery light beer with a peppery, bready character that tries to shine through, but is hampered by the thin mouthfeel, and overpowered by a watery nothing. Hops are barely noticeable behind the malt. Finish is a watery copper-like taste. It’s not undrinkable, and smells awesome, the flavor they have going is nice really, there’s just not enough of it.
