I review the beers I drink

Southern Tier – Frosted Sugar Cookie

Lightly hazy with no real head retention, smells of vanilla, birthday cake, and a hint of cinnamon. The taste is sticky sweet and creamy with flavors of vanilla frosting, sugar cookies, and angel food cake on a smooth full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of vanilla, booze, and just the slightest hint of herbal hops. Overall, it’s not bad, it certainly delivers on the namesake flavor, I just don’t really get much else. The end result is more of a curiosity than anything else and while thoroughly enjoyable, not really one I feel the need to try again anytime soon.
