I review the beers I drink

Ommegang – Dry Cider

Clear with no head retention, smells of red apple skins. The taste is crisp and lightly tart with flavors of green apples, and apple juice on a light effervescent body. The finish is lingering and dry, featuring notes of apple juice, apple skins, and apple blossom with a light touch of acidity. Overall it’s a fairly simple cider and I don’t particularly notice the Belgian yeast but it’s well made and very refreshing.
