The taste is crisp and bright with flavors of lemon juice, doughy biscuits, pear, and apple on a bubbly medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, grapefruit, and apricot, along with floral and grassy hops. Overall, it’s a solid beer, balanced and floral but also uniquely bright and lemony, and it never feels thin or watery despite the low ABV.
