Tree House – Classic Mojito

Tree House Classic Mojito

Clear with no head retention, smells of brown sugar, lime, and subtle mint. The taste is sweet and tart with flavors of molasses, candied limes, lime juice, and just a hint of mint on an effervescent medium body. The finish is lingering and moderately tart, featuring notes of limeade, mint leaves, sugarcane, and lime peel. Overall, it’s a very sugar and lime forward mojito, the mint is subdued but I prefer this actually as it makes for a more drinkable and compelling libation.
