Clear with minimal head retention, smells of toasted bread, toffee, and caramel. The taste is crisp and bready, bursting with malty flavors of toasted biscuits, peppery grains, honey, and caramel on a smooth medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of herbal hops, mineral water, and a soft smokiness. Overall, this is hands down my favorite lager from Unified. It’s like Seasonality with even more malty goodness.
