I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Vanilla Bean Catharsis

So dark a flashlight is unable to penetrate it, minimal head retention, smells of vanilla, créme brûlée, and smoke. The taste is crisp and smooth with flavors of cappuccino, dark chocolate milk, and vanilla cream on a thick and creamy full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of vanilla, chocolate, bourbon barrel, herbal hops and a soft smokiness. Overall, it’s Catharsis but even better! Smoother, richer, denser, more complex; what’s not to love?
