I review the beers I drink

Trillium – Dialed-In: Pinot Gris

Very hazy and lightly murky with no real head retention, smells of white grape juice, peach, and floral hops. The taste is crisp and bright with flavors of Pinot Grigio, pear, cantaloupe, and peach on a crackery malt background and soft medium body. The finish is long and moderately high in bitterness, featuring notes of Pinot Grigio, limoncello, mineral water, and dry herbal hops. Overall, this is a fascinating beer, very complex and very unique; a mashup of a bright, semi-dry wine and a fruity assertively hopped NEDIPA, I quite like the end result and will certainly seek others in this series.
