I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Old Man

Clear with great head retention, smells of honey, freshly baked bread, and caramel. The taste is crisp and fruity, with flavors of biscuits, caramel, black cherry, wildflower honey, and fruitcake on a creamy smooth full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of floral hops, apricot, apple wood, and just a hint of herbal hops underneath it all. Overall, this one is really cool, I haven’t had too many beers of this style, but I know it’s all about balance between the malt and hops and yeast flavors, and Tree House has managed to find a perfect unison between them combined with a silky smooth body that goes down particularly easy.
