I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Brisk

Clear with minimal head retention, smells of caramel, toasted grains, and a soft woody character. The taste is crisp and smooth with flavors of toasted biscuits, caramel, honey, amaretto, and a hint of bourbon cask on a smooth and creamy full body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of herbal hops, a touch of grapefruit peel, and a smooth charred wood note underneath it all. Overall, it’s incredible; everything I love about Whisper but smoother and mellower and creamier and delicious! Märzen perfection!
