I review the beers I drink

Hendrick’s & Fever Tree – “Neptunia & Tonic”

Smells of cucumber, ocean air, and citrus. The taste is fresh and herbaceous with flavors of cucumber, lime, sea salt, and garden herbs. The finish is very mellow and vegetal, featuring notes of cucumber, juniper, thyme, and lemongrass. Overall, this is a very enjoyable gin, not particularly bold but particularly well balanced and refreshing.
