I review the beers I drink

450 North – Slushy Supersize Blackberry Cheesecake

Hazy, murky, sludgy with no head retention, smells of graham crackers, cheesecake, and pinot noir. The taste is fruity and lightly tart with flavors of blackberry, raspberry, blueberry, graham crackers, and cheesecake on a smooth and thick, ultra dense body. The finish is long and moderately tart, featuring notes of grape must, graham cracker, blackberry, and sour raspberry. Overall, the cheesecake element is 100% present and balanced, it’s just an odd flavor for a sour. Great beer that I would drink on pretty much any occasion if offered, but if I’m at the store, I’d personally rather have something fruitier like the Jungle Juice.
