I review the beers I drink

Equilibrium – Harvester of Science

Very hazy with light sedimentation and light head retention, smells of grapefruit, pineapple, and Pinot grigio. The taste is crisp and “overripe,” with flavors of overripe bananas, oranges, and mangoes, along with hints of kiwi, pineapple, and vanilla cream underneath the smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of grape leaves, grapefruit zest, as well as subtle pine and herbal hops. Overall, it’s a fantastic beer. It’s pretty much just like any other EQ DIPA honestly, perhaps a touch more complex, but very similar to most others.
