I review the beers I drink

Equilibrium – Lupus Salictarius

Very hazy and moderately murky with minimal head retention, smells of papaya, mango nectar, and wildflower honey. The taste is crisp and doughy, with flavors of CuraƧao orange, apricot, peach, mango, and peppery wheat on a super smooth, extra full body. The finish is long and moderately high in bitterness, featuring notes of grapefruit peels, pine sap, grape leaves, and floral hops. Overall, it’s perhaps the best NETIPA I’ve had, assertively hopped somewhat like a West Coast DIPA, but with New England style hops and fruitiness, and the end result is both complex and remarkably drinkable.

Canned on 2/14/22
