Dave Drinks Beer

I review the beers I drink

Elysian – Salt & Seed

Moderately hazy with light head retention, smells of watermelon Jolly Ranchers, raspberry, and strawberry yogurt. The taste is crisp and  rather tart, with flavors of watermelon, cherry limeade, and sour strawberry on a light body. The finish is long and moderately high in acidity, featuring notes of lime, raspberry, sour grapes, and yogurt. Overall, it’s an ok sour, a bit too much for my taste, and I don’t really pick up on the salt as much as other more traditional goses I’ve had.
