I review the beers I drink

Elysian – Split Shot

Flashlight shows a lightly hazy burnt sienna tone with solid head retention, smells of espresso, chocolate, and vanilla. The taste is crisp and smooth, with flavors of toasted bread, espresso, milk chocolate, salted caramel, and vanilla cream on a creamy smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of dark chocolate, espresso, caramel, and herbal hops. Overall, this one is very good, tastes more or less like crème brûlée and a shot of espresso. Not quite as good as the Tree House Shot Series, but definitely worth picking up if you like the style.
