Lightly hazy with no head retention, smells of tangerines, Belgian yeast funk, and unbaked sourdough. The taste is crisp and funky with flavors of peppery wheat, musty Belgian yeast, and orange oil on a medium body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of orange bitters, tangerine peel, residual yeast, and soft floral hops. Overall, it’s not bad, it’s a witbier with a more dominant orange peel flavor, though I was hoping for a little more of the sweet juiciness Clementines are known for.
