Moderately hazy with minimal head retention, smells of cherry, cinnamon, and clove. The taste is fruity and strangely minty, with flavors of tart cherry, mint leaves, and holiday spices on a smooth medium body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of sour cherry, residual mint leaves, and subtle herbal hops. Overall, this is an odd beer, without the mint I think I’d enjoy it immensely, the balance between the flavors is near perfect, it just tastes like someone spilled a mojito in my glass.
