Lightly hazy with minimal head retention, smells of apple Jolly Ranchers, cucumber, and pear. The taste is tart and creamy with flavors of cucumber, green apple, pear, and honeydew melon on a super smooth medium body. The finish is long and lightly tart, featuring notes of sour green apple candies, lime juice, cucumber zest, and soft vanilla. Overall, this beer is actually incredible! Like the best sour I’ve ever had, the sweet to tart to creamy ratio is perfect and the cucumber works way better than expected. Absolute must try!
