Yesterday’s beer was Goose Island IPA which I’ve already reviewed.
Lightly hazy with minimal head retention, smells of apricot, mango and tangerine. The taste is tart and juicy with flavors of apricot, sour mango, green apple, and lemon juice on a light body. The finish is long and bracingly tart, featuring notes of lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and raspberries. Overall, it’s not terrible, I like the fruit flavors, it’s just a bit too tart for my palate.
