My wonderful girlfriend Amanda got me a beer advent calendar, so I’ll hopefully have reviews roughly every day this month.
Anyway, crystal clear with light head retention, smells of fresh dough and subtle floral honey. The taste is crisp and creamy with flavors of soft doughy biscuits, honey, and a hint of caramel on a smooth full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of floral and herbal hops and mineral water. Overall, it’s not bad, very easy to drink and dangerously sessionable.
