I review the beers I drink

Caduceus Cellars – Kitsune 2018

Flashlight reveals a clear, bright ruby pour, smells of forest floor, leather, and cherry pipe tobacco. The taste is jammy and smooth with flavors of blackberry, strawberry, watermelon, cherry limeade, and raspberry on a velvety smooth, medium body. The finish is long and dry with a moderate astringency, featuring notes of leather, grape leaves, and cranberry. Overall, this is a fantastic red wine! Full of flavor and super smooth, this is a delightfully drinkable wine that is also complex and balanced.

ABV:13.5%
IBU:
Malts:100% Sangiovese from Cochise County, Arizona
