Moderately hazy with minimal head retention, smells of pineapple, citrus, and subtle habanero pepper. The taste is juicy and almost sweet, with flavors of pineapple, orange juice, mango, and hint of pepper on a medium body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of orange blossom, lemon zest, lime peel, and very mild burn on the back of the tongue. Overall, it’s a cool concept, and while the pineapple flavor is utilized well, I feel it could use a good bit more habanero flavor and just a touch more spice.
