Dave Drinks Beer

I review the beers I drink

Trillium – Bianca

Hazy and lightly murky with lots of dark specks in suspension and no head retention, smells of guava, mango, and tart raspberry. The taste is sweet and lightly tart, with flavors of sour mango candies, guava, pink lemonade, strawberry cheesecake, raspberry, and and vanilla on a creamy medium body. The finish is long and tart, with notes of vanilla, guava, cherry limeade, mango skins, and white grape; very low in bitterness. Overall, this beer is delicious. The perfect balance between sweet, and tart, and fruity, and juicy, and smooth, and refreshing.
