Trillium – Double Dry Hopped Scaled

Trillium DDH Scaled

Very hazy and moderately murky with minimal head retention, smells of lemon, pineapple, and guava. The taste is crisp and citrusy with flavors of lemon juice, pineapple, lime, papaya, orange juice, kiwi, and grapefruit on a medium body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, lime peel, grapefruit, pine, and herbal hops. Overall, this is a simple citrus bomb; very approachable, very well made, and absolutely delicious.
