I review the beers I drink

Trillium – Franklin Park

Trillium Franklin Park

Moderately hazy with light head retention, smells of grapefruit, pine, and floral hops. The taste is crisp and fruity with flavors of orange, grapefruit, pineapple, lemon, lime, and peach on a medium body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring notes of grapefruit zest, lime peel, apricot, orange blossom, pine, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s perfectly balanced and expertly nuanced, a textbook NEIPA.
