I review the beers I drink

Trillium – Dot Avenue

Very hazy and very murky with minimal head retention, smells of white grape, melon, and kiwi. The taste is crisp and complex, with flavors of lemon, kiwi, white grape, papaya, honeydew melon, apricot, and peppery wheat on a luscious, soft, full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of grapefruit, pine, lime peel, orange bitters, white grape must, and spicy hops. Overall, this is very complicated beer, there’s so much going on, it’s like half juicy NEDIPA, half dry white wine. Definitely one to try if you like “Brut IPAs.”
