I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Force of Will

Very hazy and ultra murky with fantastic head retention, smells of grapefruit, floral hops, and clean grains. The taste is crisp and piquant with notes of toasted bread and peppery wheat up front and light fruity flavors of apple, peach, pear, and melon underneath the thick, full body. The finish is long and moderate to high in bitterness, featuring notes of grapefruit, pine, lemon zest, herbal hops, lime peel, apricot, and spicy hops. Overall, this might actually be the hoppiest Tree House beer I’ve had, it’s kinda like an NEIPA made with classic West Coast style hops and malts. Very cool to experience and it helps me to appreciate those hops more by pairing them with softer, fruitier notes that complement them quite nicely.
