Evil Twin – I Wish It Had Snowed Less This Winter

Very hazy and quite murky with minimal head retention, smells of key lime pie, strawberry cheesecake, and banana yogurt. The taste is smooth and sweet with flavors of orange, grapefruit, lime, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, wildflower honey, and sweet cream on a silky smooth full body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring notes of melon rind, cantaloupe, lime peels, and floral hops. Overall, I haven’t had much from Evil Twin, but I really like this. Very, very complex yet super smooth and drinkable (especially for a TIPA!) and it brings a lot of fresh aromas and flavors to the table that I haven’t seen in an IPA before.
