I review the beers I drink

Trillium – Scaled Up

Very hazy and murky with minimal head retention, smells of lemon, grapefruit, and pine. The taste is crisp and citrusy, with flavors of lemon juice, orange juice, peach, and peppery toasted bread on a full body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, grapefruit, pine, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s another Trillium beer that finely rides the line between NEIPA and American IPA, expertly hopped and malted to achieve precision balance.
