Moderately hazy with minimal head retention, smells of lemons, lemongrass, and herbal hops. The taste is crisp and bready with flavors of toasted bread, white pepper, and indistinguishably soft citrus on a full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of lemon zest and sawdust on a background of herbal and spicy hops. Overall, it tastes more like a Euro Pils meets a Belgian Tripel than a TIPA. Not a terrible beer, but not one I’d really care to try again.
