I review the beers I drink

Equilibrium – Roowaka

Very hazy with minimal head retention, smells of fresh oranges, mango, and lime. The taste is doughy and juicy with flavors of orange juice, lemon juice, candied lime, white grape, and mango on a smooth, full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of Kaffir lime, lemon zest, grapefruit pith, cantaloupe and floral hops. Overall, this is yet another fantastic DIPA from Equilibrium. The Riwaka hops appear to add more fresh citrus, particularly lemon and lime, to the familiar Galaxy flavor profile, and the beer is just as complex, balanced, and drinkable as any other from this brewery.
