I review the beers I drink

Equilibrium – ∂S/∂t

Extremely hazy with minimal head retention, smells of mango, pineapple, fresh oranges, and a hint of cantaloupe. The taste is dense and creamy with flavors of pineapple, orange juice, lime and vanilla cream on a super thick and dense, almost chewy yet smooth, creamy body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, orange pith, melon, and soft herbal hops. Overall, it’s fantastic; almost a blend of the previous two in terms of mouthfeel, even heavier on the palate, and yet juicier and creamier as well, with some nice melon flavors added in to smooth it all out even more.
